iPhone – Greatest Invention of Our Time?

I know that the iPhone is incredibly revolutionary in the technology world, but I had also estimated that there would be comparable items on the market within 6 months of the iPhone’s release. Well, here we are a year later and there is still no item on the market that is even CLOSE to the iPhone (as far as interface/functionality/asthetics). So now I have begun to wonder, what is Apple going to do to improve the iPhone, because it appears that there is no risk of competition at this point. To Knock or Not to Knock…

Over the course of my life, it has been ingrained in me to "run and hide" when ever I see someone walking down the street with a clip board in hand. Whether it’s Girl Scout Cookies, Lawn Care, knives, newspapers, or some coupon deal, I have learned to "run and hide" to avoid the inevitable awkward conversation that will most certainly develop if I stick around. After all, none of these so-called "offers" are really for my benefit… right?
Well… This morning I attended a real estate course this morning entitled "Lead Generation", and as I suspected/feared, the strategy of door knocking was mentioned again and again as one of the BEST, most proven, and most effective methods to generate business. Sigh…
